Some general info to ensure your stay at Africa Centre Airport Leisure hotel is as pleasant as possible.

Credit Card
We accept Visa/Master and American Express for services consumed within the Guest Lodge, but do not encash monies. We accept American Dollars, English Pounds and Euros.

Rules and Regulations
All stays as per Rules and Regulations posted inside rooms within Reception and back of your Guest Registration Forms.

Advance Payment
Accounts are payable in Cash. For payment with cheques, you must make prior arrangements with the Lodge Management. Account queries should be brought to the attention of reception.

Visitors
Are not allowed in the rooms unless they are paying guests. Duty Manager may give exceptions.

Check-in/Check-out Times
Check in time - you can arrive at Africa Centre at any time but you will need to give us some time to clean the room if nothing is available from the previous night.  Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11:00 Hrs. on the day of departure.   Should you wish to extend your departure time, kindly contact Reception who will make the necessary arrangements for you and will advise you of any additional charges.

Safe Deposit
Please contact Reception for your safety deposit requirements.  (As the Guest House will not under any circumstances be held liable for any losses whatsoever.) 

Laundry
A same-day laundry wash & dry service is available as well as iron facilities.  Please ensure that you will bring your laundry to the reception early in the morning.

Luggage Storage Facilities
If you book a excursion through Africa Center, we will make sure your luggage is safe till you return for free, if storage is required for any other reason the charge is R50 per bag per day. Full arangements to be made in advance with our reception.

Water
The Lodge water supply Johannesburg City Council.  Quality may very.  Bottled water is available from the Bar.

Car parking-FREE
Although our parking facilities are safe please note that the Africa Centre Guest Lodge cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft, whatsoever, to vehicles and/or their contents under any circumstances.

AIRPORT LEISURE HOTEL FACILITY INFORMATION

• FREE Airport pick up and mall shuttle.
• 24 hours Free airport pick-up meet & great service available.
• Mall Shuttle – drop off & pick up twice daily, any other time R70 p.p.
• Airport drop off.
• 24 hours airport drop off available R80p.p.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the Africa Centre lounge area between 06:30 Hrs. and 10:30 Hrs. Room service is available on request for Bed & Breakfast basis clients Free of charge. Earlier breakfast times may be arranged with the Reception.

Africa Centre Kitchen
Open from 6:30 a.m. until 22:00 hours, seven days a week. Enjoy fine dining in this unique Restaurant.

Africa Centre Bar
Bar open from midday until late every day.

Computer Zone
Located next to the Reception.  Services offered include: typing, computer use, e-mail facilities and ADSL fastline Internet access.

Swimming pool & Sun Lounge
Enjoy this unique facility with a sunny sparkling water.

Cigarette Machine
A full range of cigarettes are available.

Sauna, Jet Bath and Massages.
Now you can spoil your self and enjoy the luxury of Africa Centre. Open from 7:00 until 22:00 hours. Massages need to be aranged in advance.

Excursions, City Tours and Car Hire
All travel, day tours, safaris, over Landers, car hire and general assistance are offered by our Travel Centre.  Out of office hours you may contact us on Mobile : 0829342559 or 0722826639. Mobile call charges apply.

Children Policy: (Accompanied by Parents)

• If sharing parents room and do not need extra bed below 5 years- free, 1 child need 1 extra bed – R200, 2 children need 2 extra beds R400
• Breakfast Policy Buffet: Below five years free
• Two children below 12 years in own room charged at applicable single room rate.
• Children above 12 years charged at full rate.
• Baby cots are available from the Housekeeping Department.
