Breakfast will be served in the dining room between 06H30 and 10H30 each day. Breakfast is included for all our guests.

Africa Centre Salad: four seasons lettuce mix and tomato, cucumber with bacon, egg and crumbed chicken shreds, and sprinkled with Mozarella cheese.

Greek Salad: four seasons lettuce mix and tomato, cucumber with feta cheese and olives.

Tuna Salad: four seasons lettuce mix and tomato, and cucumber with shredded tuna and egg.

Ostrich Salad: four seasons lettuce mix and tomato, cucumber with marinated strips of ostrich meat with soya sauce and seasoning, cooked with onion and peppers.
